RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing digital products from Wrapyak (“we”, “us”, “our”). Due to the nature of digital goods, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Digital Goods Defined

Digital goods include downloadable content and media, and any other electronic products that are delivered electronically.

3. No Returns Policy

Digital Goods: Given that digital goods are delivered electronically and can be used immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Non-Revocable Nature: Once a digital product is purchased, it cannot be returned, and refunds cannot be processed. This policy is in place due to the nature of digital products being consumed instantly.

Hard Goods: You may return hard goods within 20 days of the order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. The item must also have all original tags. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless otherwise specified. We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your hard goods and place a new order. 4. Refunds

Digital Products: We do not accept the return of digital products. All sales of digital products are final. However, we are not jerks. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work with you and apply your payment to a new design.

Hard Goods: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return. Any return related questions should be directed to info@wrapyak.com.

5. Return Process

Review and Resolution: Our team will review your return request and determine its validity based on the circumstances outlined. We may require additional information or evidence to process your request.

Notification: You will be notified via email or telephone about the decision regarding your return request. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Subscription Services: If you have purchased a subscription service, refunds may be handled according to the terms specified in your subscription agreement.

Promotions and Discounts: Refunds for products purchased during a promotional period or with a discount may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
